Services
I offer individual therapy for women and LGBTQIA+ adults navigating trauma, including narcissistic abuse, as well as difficult relationships and life changes. Sessions are available in person in The Woodlands, Texas, or virtually in Texas.
TRAUMA & EMDR
Trauma can affect your sense of safety, your relationships, and how you feel about yourself. I work with adults healing from childhood trauma, sexual violence, single traumatic events, and emotionally abusive relationships—including experiences clients may describe as narcissistic abuse. If you’ve been dealing with manipulation, gaslighting, or repeated criticism, we can make sense of its impact. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and use approaches that fit your needs, including EMDR when appropriate.

LGBTQIA+
I offer affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ adults navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, trauma, or everyday stress. I also support transgender and nonbinary clients as they explore or navigate transition, at their own pace and on their own terms. You can talk openly about your life here without having to explain or defend who you are. We’ll focus on what matters to you, whether or not it relates to your identity.
I also work with parents who want to better understand and support their LGBTQIA+ child.

BIPOLAR DISORDER,
PSYCHOSIS,
& SCHIZOPHRENIA
Living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or experiences of psychosis can affect daily life, relationships, and your sense of stability. I offer a collaborative space to talk about what you’re experiencing, identify what helps, and work toward goals that matter to you. When it’s useful and you want me to, I can coordinate with the other providers involved in your care.

RELATIONSHIPS, SEXUALITY
& IDENTITY

You can talk openly with me about your relationships, sexuality, and identity. I welcome clients in consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships, and I offer kink-affirming therapy. We can explore what’s working, what’s difficult, and what you want for yourself without assumptions about how your relationships should look.
SUICIDAL THOUGHTS
& SELF-HARM

If you’re dealing with self-harm or suicidal thoughts, you can talk about them openly in therapy. We’ll work to understand what’s behind them, find ways to get through difficult moments, and make a plan for your safety and support. You deserve care without shame or judgment.
