At Second Breakfast Counseling, you’ll find dedicated, client-centered care. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome mental and emotional obstacles and believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience. With a background in foster care, psychiatric facilities, and women-focused care, I am equipped to provide empathic care to adults of all backgrounds.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an animal lover and avid reader. I enjoy spending time outside with my loved ones.

As a therapist, my approach is designed to meet your individual needs. I have experience using various methods, including CBT, person-centered, EMDR, and trauma-focused therapies. I believe in an eclectic approach, as each individual requires a unique methodology to achieve their goals. With the use of mindfulness techniques, I help you gain perspective and understanding of your thoughts and emotions.
